Destiny Etiko cries out after losing ₦5 Million on her first football bet

Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko has revealed that she lost ₦5 million after placing her first-ever football bet, saying the experience left her heartbroken and battling severe anxiety.

Taking to her Instagram page, the actress shared her disappointment, stating that she has no plans to gamble again and is even giving up watching football after the painful loss.

She wrote:

“First time betting and I lost 
Will never try it again.
My 5M gone
In fact, I’m done watching football.
Anxiety almost killed me.”

Her post quickly drew reactions from fans and fellow celebrities, with many sympathising with her while others urged her to stay away from betting altogether.
